Webtica Software s.r.o. has launched new version of its help desk product WebticaDesk during the last week. WebticaDesk is a modern workflow system that allows many ways of processing requests according to specified scenarios. The system is intended for all organizations requiring prompt and effective support of clients or employees.
The new version of WebticaDesk offers new function „AutoRequierements“. This function enable automatical input of periodically repeating tasks and requierements.
