The company Webtica Software s.r.o. in cooperation with Webright Solutions s.r.o., has been selected as a supplier of the information system for commercial agents of OSA (OSA – Society for the Protection of the Rights of Music Authors and Publishers). Some of the basic requirements of the client were e.g. universal availability of the system, workflow to process the business case, implementation of roles for commercial agents, connection of IS to internal system of OSA such as ORACLE or ERP K2 system, administration of contracts, overview of invoices and payments, administration of subjects, etc.
